Balloons & Balloon Services

Balloons shipped by carrier are provided uninflated unless specifically stated otherwise.

Helium inflation may be available for eligible store pickup and local delivery orders.

Customers should carefully verify balloon colors, numbers, letters, quantities, sizes, and designs before placing an order.

Once balloons have been inflated or helium services have been performed, they are final sale, subject to applicable law and our policies concerning defective or incorrect merchandise.

Balloon appearance and float duration can be affected by temperature, weather, transportation, handling, balloon type, and environmental conditions.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Our Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless an exception stated in that policy applies, sales are final.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise should be reported according to the timeframes and procedures described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
