Thank you for shopping at Party Razzle. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items.
We take pride in offering high-quality party supplies and decorations, and we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the risk of cross-contamination and hygiene concerns.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report the issue. We will investigate the matter and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement item or a store credit.
Please note: We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.
Wigs are NOT returnable
*During the Halloween season, we accept Costumes online returns to prior to October 23rd, 2025.
