Thank you for shopping with Party Razzle. We want you to be confident when placing your order, so please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of party supplies, costumes, wearables, balloons, and other products we sell, all sales are final unless specifically stated otherwise below.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, unwanted items, items no longer needed, or accidental purchases.

This policy helps us maintain the quality, cleanliness, and condition of merchandise offered to our customers.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Party Razzle within 24 hours of delivery or receipt.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing the issue, Party Razzle may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Claims made more than 24 hours after receipt may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Wigs and other hygiene-sensitive products
• Opened, used, worn, altered, or damaged merchandise
• Balloons that have been inflated
• Products that have received helium-filling services
• Items that are no longer in their original condition or packaging

Balloon & Helium Orders

Please carefully review balloon colors, sizes, quantities, numbers, letters, and designs before placing your order.

Once a balloon has been inflated or helium service has been performed, the sale is final and the balloon cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a balloon or balloon product is defective, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges, when applicable, are also the customer's responsibility unless Party Razzle determines that an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was sent.

Halloween Costume Return Policy — 2026

As a seasonal exception to our standard final-sale policy, eligible Halloween costumes purchased online may be returned through October 23, 2026.

To qualify for a return, the costume must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and components included.

Costumes showing signs of wear, use, alteration, missing pieces, odors, stains, makeup, or damage are not eligible for return.

Halloween costume returns must be received by Party Razzle no later than October 23, 2026. Returns received after October 23, 2026 will not be accepted.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

This Halloween costume exception applies to eligible online costume purchases only.

Missing Items or Quantity Issues

If an item is missing from your order or you believe you received an incorrect quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue.
