Your Party Is on the Way!

We work hard to process and ship your Party Razzle order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, will usually ship the same business day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will usually ship the following business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Please note that same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, Halloween, peak seasons, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping generally arrives within 2–6 business days after the order ships.

Depending on the destination and shipping service selected, orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a combination of carriers. In some cases, UPS or FedEx may transfer a package to USPS for final-mile delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the shipping carrier.

Rural, remote, and certain extended-service areas may require additional delivery time.

Need It Faster?

When available for your destination, expedited shipping options may be displayed at checkout.

2nd Day Air — Estimated delivery 2 business days after shipment.

Next Day Air — Estimated delivery on the next business day after shipment.

Saturday Delivery — May be available with certain expedited services and destinations. Availability will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Available shipping methods and rates are determined by the delivery address, order contents, carrier availability, and selected service.

How Shipping Days Are Calculated

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

For example, if an order ships on Wednesday using a 2-business-day service, Thursday is the first transit business day and Friday is the second.

Please remember that order processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

Delivery Times

Packages may be delivered throughout the day and, depending on the carrier and location, deliveries may occur into the evening.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside Party Razzle's control may affect the estimated delivery date.

Please Check Your Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers when applicable.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label has been created.

A tracking status showing that a label has been created does not necessarily mean the carrier has already picked up or scanned the package.

Store Pickup & Local Delivery

Where available, customers may select store pickup or local delivery at checkout instead of shipping.

Available options are determined by your order, selected store, delivery address, and availability.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for store pickup.

Balloons

Balloons being shipped by carrier are sent uninflated.

Helium-filled balloons may be available for eligible store pickup or local delivery orders. Availability will be shown or confirmed when applicable.

International Shipping

Party Razzle currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
